We work through companies licensed in the emirate or free zone of the project, each holding the trade licence for engineering or architectural consultancy and the registrations the authority requires. The agreement names the company and where it is licensed. See Jurisdictions and governing law.

Dense coastal cities, desert and heat shape the work. We design for shade, glazing performance, cooling efficiency and outdoor comfort, and for the character of each emirate.

Municipal building permits, civil-defence fire and life-safety approvals, master-developer no-objection certificates, green-building rules such as Estidama in Abu Dhabi, and utilities approvals are identified at the start.

Agreements may be governed by UAE law or, where the law allows and the parties choose, by the law and courts of the DIFC or ADGM, with arbitration as an option.
