You tell us what you want to build. We lead the design and coordinate the team, so you deal with one studio, not a dozen.
How it works
- JOOM leads the design and coordinates every discipline.
- Specialist companies provide engineering, construction, fit-out, specialist works and supply where a project needs them.
- Each company is engaged under its own agreement and is responsible for its own work and its own insurance.
- The agreement names the entity that provides each service, and local licences are held by locally registered entities. See Jurisdictions and governing law.

What it does not mean
