We start with the people who will use a building. Decisions that serve them come before decisions that serve fashion.

We say what a project is and what it is not. We do not present a design as a built building, we credit others' work, and we tell clients what we think, including when it is unwelcome. See Disclaimers and representation of projects.

We take care with detail, safety and the people who will build, use, clean and maintain a building.

We respect clients, neighbours, communities, the places we build in, and everyone on the team and in the supply chain.

Each company in our network is responsible for its own work. We are responsible for the design and for coordinating the team. See Network.
