Start a project
Tell us who the building is for and where it will be. That is enough to begin.
What helps us at the start
- Who will use the building, and what must happen there.
- The site: where it is, its size and boundaries, and any existing buildings.
- Your timeline and any fixed dates.
- Your budget range, if you can share it.
- Who decides on your side, and who owns the site.
- Anything you already have: drawings, a survey, planning documents, images you like.
You do not need to have all of this. Send what you know.
How to reach us
Email projects@byjoom.com with the place and type of project in the subject line. We do not use forms, and we do not ask you to create an account.
What happens next
- We reply. We aim to acknowledge your message within 3 working days.
- We talk. A call or meeting to understand the use, the site and the programme.
- We propose. If we are a good fit, we send a written proposal with the scope, fee basis and assumptions.
- We agree in writing. Nothing is binding until a written agreement is signed. See Working with JOOM: agreements.
