United Kingdom
From London and Manchester to the countryside, and from historic streets to new homes.
How we work in the United Kingdom
We work through a company registered in England and Wales, or another entity named in the agreement. Where we are appointed to a role under the Building Regulations, the CDM Regulations or the Building Safety Act, the agreement says so. See Jurisdictions and governing law.
Place and context
Historic streets, conservation areas and listed buildings need patient design. In the countryside, landscape and materials lead. We study context before drawing.
Approvals
Planning permission, Building Regulations approval, and any heritage, highways or party-wall consents are identified at the start and planned into the programme.
Standards
We design to the Building Regulations and the Eurocodes, and to any rating system a project requires.
