Architectural Design & Visualization Disclosure
Original Architectural Design · Digital Visualization · AI-Assisted Enhancement
Architectural Design & Originality
The architectural designs and design studies presented as original works on this website are developed by our practice.
Professional architectural design and modelling technologies may include Autodesk Revit, Chief Architect, Vectorworks, Rhino, Autodesk AutoCAD and SketchUp.
Digital rendering and AI-assisted enhancement are methods of visual communication and do not, by themselves, determine authorship of the underlying architectural design.
Digital Visualization
Architectural visualizations may be produced using Twinmotion, Unreal Engine and D5 Render.
These technologies can produce highly photorealistic imagery that closely resembles conventional architectural photography.
Unless expressly identified as photographs of completed work, these images should be understood as architectural visualizations rather than documentary evidence of completed buildings.
Artificial Intelligence
Some images may be partially enhanced or modified using artificial intelligence to improve material appearance, textures, lighting, environmental details and overall photographic realism.
The extent of AI involvement may vary between images.
Where generative AI has been used to create substantial portions of an image, that distinction should be represented accurately.
Project Development & Realisation
Projects featured on this website may be independent design studies, private designs, uncommissioned concepts, proposals undergoing planning or licensing, developments awaiting funding, or designs that remain unbuilt.
Some projects may subsequently be realised under different names or with modified design elements.
The development status displayed on each project page represents the information available for that project and should not be interpreted as confirmation of approvals or construction beyond what is expressly stated.
Geographical Locations & Land Ownership
Locations, sites and geographical references may be used as illustrative settings for architectural design concepts.
The inclusion of a property, site, building or geographical location does not, by itself, imply commissioning, consent, approval, sponsorship, endorsement or affiliation by the relevant landowner, occupier, developer or authority.
No ownership interest, development rights, planning permission or authorization to construct should be inferred from the presentation of these visualizations.
Accuracy & Representation
Architectural visualizations are illustrative representations of design intent.
They should not be treated as verified construction documents, definitive specifications, planning approvals or guarantees of eventual built outcomes.
Actual projects may differ in form, materials, dimensions, finishes, landscaping, context or other architectural elements.
Legal & Regulatory Information
United Kingdom
The United Kingdom does not impose a universal requirement to label every AI-generated or AI-enhanced architectural image.
However, commercial representations must comply with applicable consumer protection and advertising law, including restrictions on misleading actions and omissions.
Relevant legislation and guidance include the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024 and Competition and Markets Authority guidance on unfair commercial practices.

European Union
Article 50 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 establishes transparency obligations for certain AI-generated or AI-manipulated content, including qualifying deepfakes.
The applicability of these obligations depends on the nature of the content, how it is produced and presented, and the relevant legal circumstances.
Not all AI-enhanced architectural visualizations automatically fall within the same legal category.
