We work under entities registered in the Arab Republic of Egypt. Each holds the commercial registration, tax registration and professional licences the law requires, and is named in the agreement for the project. Heat, sun and sea air shape every building. We design for shade, ventilation, durable materials and, on the coast, salt and humidity; and for the character of each place, from the Alexandria corniche to the desert oases.

Planning and building approvals, civil defence, and utilities are obtained through the competent authorities. We identify the route at the start and plan the programme around it.

Documents are prepared in Arabic and English where the law or an authority requires it, and the agreement says which version prevails.
